Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrantVault ("the Service"), operated by GrantVault ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GrantVault uses artificial intelligence to search publicly available grant programs, estimate your business's eligibility, and generate draft application materials. Results are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

2. No guarantee of funding

GrantVault does not award grants and does not guarantee that you will receive any grant or funding. Eligibility scores are estimates, not determinations. You are responsible for verifying eligibility requirements, deadlines, and application details directly with the granting organization before applying.

3. AI-generated content

Drafts produced by the Service are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any third party. Submitting inaccurate information in a grant application may have legal consequences. Review everything carefully.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free search and one free writing draft are offered per business; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is not permitted.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to submit fraudulent grant applications, misrepresent your business, resell access without authorization, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
